Chad Plumley
Chadwick D. Plumley is a native of Paulding County,
Georgia. Chad graduated from the University of Florida in 1993 with a
B.A. in History and received his law degree from Mercer University in
Macon, Georgia.
He graduated from law school cum laude in 1997, and served on the Mercer
Law Review for two years. Since 2000 Chad has been practicing law in
Paulding County and has served as a Magistrate Judge since 2003.
He has also served pro-tem in Hiram as a Municipal Court Judge since
2007.
Chad is a member and past president of the Paulding County Bar
Association. He is also a member of both the Tennessee bar and the
Georgia bar.
Chad is active within the community where he participates with numerous
civic and local groups including the Rotary Club of Paulding County,
Boy’s and Girls Club, Boy Scouts and Paulding Chamber of
Commerce. Also, he takes part in the Piedmont Private Bar Involvement
Project which gives free legal assistance to those in need.
Chad’s areas of practice include Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Probate,
Wills Trusts and Estates, Personal Injury, Domestic Relations and
Collections.
Chad is married to Felicia Foster Plumley and has two children, Preston
and Marion.

Dean Bucci
Dean C. Bucci obtained his B.B.A. degree in Economics
and a B.A. degree in Spanish from Georgia Southern University, where he
graduated Magna Cum Laude. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the
University of Georgia School of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude.
Dean has held membership in several bar associations and is currently a
member of the Paulding County Bar Association, which he has served as
President. He is licensed to practice law in all Georgia Courts. He is a
member of the State Bar’s Family Law Section. He served as Chairman of
the State Bar of Georgia YLD Committee on Ethics and Professionalism and
currently serves on the State Bar of Georgia’s Professionalism
Committee.
Dean has also served on local boards such as the Fellowship
of Christian Athletes Paulding County Board and Advisory
Board of Paulding CASA (Court Appointed Child Advocates).
Dean served as Associate Judge of the Paulding County
Juvenile Court and his volunteer activities have included
Legal Aid, Meth Alliance of Paulding, annual participation
in the University of Georgia School of Law Orientation on
Professionalism, and serving as Special Master in State Bar
of Georgia Disciplinary Proceedings.
He has practiced law since 1997 and located his practice in Paulding
County in 2001. Dean has served as Paulding County Conservator and
Administrator since 2004. As such, he is regularly appointed by the
Paulding County Probate Court to administer estates and to serve as
conservator to minors and incapacitated adults.
Dean specializes in domestic relations litigation, including divorce,
alimony, child support, child custody, contempt of court, family
violence protective orders, and adoptions. He devotes a significant
portion of his practice to serving as Guardian ad Litem to minor
children involved in child custody proceedings.
Dean resides in Dallas, Georgia with his wife and two
children. He has coached children’s baseball and soccer for
multiple seasons and has served as Committee Chair for Cub
Scouts Pack 1916. He and his family are members of West
Ridge Church, where Dean has served as volunteer in the
children’s ministry.
